We're partnering with a leading organisation to find aSenior Business Analystwith 5+ years of experience to support critical logistics projects across ANZ.
About the Role:
This is ahybrid IT/business-facing role -around 60% IT and 40% Business-which means we're looking for someone who can confidently translate tech talk into business outcomes.
You'll play a key role in shaping transport and warehouse transformation initiatives by gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and mapping current and future state processes.
Leading BA activities forTransport Management Systems (TMS)andWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)projects
Working with cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Operations, and external vendors
Creatingprocess flow diagrams, business cases,



and functional documentation
Driving clarity on requirements, dependencies, and business impacts
What You'll Bring:
5+ years' experience as anIT Business Analyst, ideally withinlogistics, transport, or supply chaindomains
Strong communication and facilitation skills-you're just as comfortable with developers as you are with warehouse managers
Experience working across both technical and operational teams
Proficiency inbusiness process modelling, and translating business needs into system specs
Familiarity withTMS/WMS platformsand their role in modern logistics
