About the Role
:We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Analyst to support the delivery of complex business and technology transformation initiatives within a large and dynamic enterprise workplace
.This role is ideal for a highly consultative Business Analyst who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, analyse business needs, design future-state solutions, and drive service improvements.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience across business transformation, solution design, service design, process improvement, stakeholder management, and requirements elicitation
.
This is not a traditional Agile delivery-focused BA r.
Instead, it requiresa strategic thinker who can work across discovery, solutioning, business process redesign, and customer-centric service transformatio
n.

ience:Minimum 10 years' Business Analysis experience delivering complex business and technology initia
tives.Demonstrated experience across a diverse range of transformation, systems implementation, digital,



process improvement, and organisational change pro
jects.Strong experience in solution design and solutioning activ
ities.Proven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and functional require
ments.Experience creating user stories, wireframes, process maps, screen mock-ups, and functional specifica
tions.Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement s
kills.Proven experience documenting As-Is and To-Be process m
odels.Experience developing system integration and interface specifica
tions.Experience supporting solution demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing
(UAT).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking s
kills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and execu
tives.
Highly De
sirable:Proven experience applying Service Design and Human-Centred Design method
ologies.Experience facilitating customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and customer experience improvement init
iatives.Experience working within large, complex, regulated envir
onments.Exposure to digital transformation, customer transformation, or enterprise service improvement p
rograms.Previous experiencewithin Victorian Government departments, agencies, or public sector organi
