Location: Sydney / Remote Contract: Initial 8–12 weeks Hours: 2–3 days per week Potential: Long-term extension We are currently seeking an experienced HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist to support an organisation with improving and stabilising its existing HubSpot environment.
This is a hands-on CRM operations role rather than a traditional administration position.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting existing processes, resolving workflow and data issues, and implementing more robust and sustainable processes for the future.
The initial engagement is for approximately 8–12 weeks, working 2–3 days per week, with flexibility depending on progress.
There is potential for the role to extend longer-term.
About the role You will be responsible for: Troubleshooting and improving existing HubSpot workflows and automation Building and optimising workflows, forms and data processes Identifying and resolving CRM process issues Improving data quality, consistency and integrity Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Implementing more stable and scalable CRM processes Testing and QA of workflows and process changes Documenting processes and improvements Taking ownership of operational issues and working independently Supporting the business to establish stronger CRM processes for the future About you We are looking for someone with:



Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM experience Experience building and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and automation Experience working with forms and CRM data processes Strong CRM operations or process improvement experience Excellent attention to detail and a strong QA mindset Strong problem-solving skills The ability to work independently and take ownership Good process and project management skills A practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and improving existing systems Experience working with complex, multi-stage processes such as applications, nominations, awards, admissions, grants or other submission processes would be highly desirable.
