We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring and committed casual Community Support Workers to join our Community team who has a minimum availability of 3 days per week, including Monday, Friday and flexible day third day About the Role As a Community Support Worker, you will play an important role in helping older people remain safely and independently in their own homes.
You will: Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs Support clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds Deliver services with compassion, dignity,



respect and integrity Follow individual Care Plans and Task Lists to provide support including: Personal care General housekeeping Social support and companionship Transport and assistance to attend appointments or activities Build positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families Support clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life About you: A minimum of Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing, or completion of the first year of study towards it.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Must be available a minimum of 3 days (Availability must fall on a Monday Friday) Outstanding communication skills.
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support.
Full Australian driver's licence.
Your own vehicle (registered, roadworthy, and insured).
