You'll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, carers, and the broader care team to ensure every resident receives the best possible support.As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:Delivering quality nursing care in line with individual care plansMonitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and escalating concerns to the Registered NurseAssisting with care plan development and supporting carers with best‐practice care deliveryMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to care coordination, scheduling, and service planning What we're looking forThis role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference - Providing personalised assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life within their chosen community.
