The Role
We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Plant Operators on a full-time 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis at our Geraldton Terminal.
This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.
Roster
4:4 (shift patterns consisting of 2 days and 2 nights)
Responsibilities include:
Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene
Control room operations




Fumigation management as well as preparing grain for shipping whilstat all times focussing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Physically, the role involves bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty workplace.
About You:
Experience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industry
Basic computer skills
Possession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/licensehighly advantageous
