The Role Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build genuine connections with customers Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI expectations Use your product knowledge to confidently recommend products and build complete outfits Create a welcoming and engaging store environment Support visual merchandising and maintain high store presentation standards Assist with stock management and day-to-day store operations Work collaboratively with the team and Store Manager to achieve store goals Take part in ongoing training and development to build your retail and product knowledge The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for customer service, sales, fashion and activewear Is motivated to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets Is confident, energetic and enjoys connecting with customers Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team Is eager to learn, develop and take on feedback Can uphold our brand standards and live our company culture and values Rockwear.
