Job Description As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist , you will play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients have a positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials Maintaining sterilisation and infection control standards Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service Managing appointments, calls and patient enquiries Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice Qualifications We're looking for someone who is confident working in both a clinical and reception environment and enjoys having a varied role.
Ideally, you will have: Previous dental assisting and/or dental reception experience A friendly,



approachable and professional manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy setting A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team A genuine passion for patient care The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team A willingness to learn and develop your skills Additional Information At ****SMILES, our people are at the heart of what we do.
