We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Female Disability Support Worker
to join our team in
South Penrith, NSW
.
This support worker role involves routine support and no personal care is involved.
Monday & Tuesday: 3:30pm - 6:30pm/7:00pm
Location: South Penrith
Support Worker Requirements
Female support worker preferred
Calm, kind, reliable, and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport
Enjoys providing companionship
Previous experience supporting participants with Autism, Youth and Mental Health is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities




The successful Support Worker will assist with:
Routine support
Getting ready for school
Building participant to be independent

You are a caring and reliable Support Worker who values person-centred care and enjoys making a positive difference in someone's daily life.
You understand the importance of patience, respect, and building trust while supporting participants to maintain their independence at home.
