About the role We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based in Perth Western Australia.
The Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting the project team with administration, financial processes, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.
You'll help keep operations organised, ensure records are accurate, and provide support across multiple project activities.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Administration Manage team expenses, reimbursements, and related records Maintain accurate filing systems and project documentation Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports and documents Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management Finance Support Process invoices, supplier payments,



subcontractor claims, and expense submissions Assist with project financial tracking and monthly reporting Maintain financial records and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems Safety GEN (gender).
