Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining an established brokerage with a strong presence in the commercial insurance market.
The office also has an experienced finance broker in-house, providing an opportunity to work alongside other professionals and leverage existing networks.
This is a role for a broker who wants genuine ownership of their portfolio, with the freedom to develop relationships, identify opportunities and grow the book.

What will you be doing?
Manage an established portfolio of SME commercial clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Prioritise retention and deliver a high level of client service
Handle renewals, endorsements,



quotations and day-to-day account management
Identify opportunities to grow the existing portfolio
Generate new business and develop a strategy for lead generation
Leverage your existing networks and relationships to bring in new opportunities
Provide advice across a range of commercial insurance products
What do you need?
Previous experience as a Commercial Broker or Account Executive
Strong SME commercial insurance broking experience
Demonstrated ability to independently manage your own portfolio
Experience across commercial motor and/or heavy transport insurance
Understanding of mobile machinery insurance
ISR experience would be highly regarded
Robust client relationship and communication skills
Commercially minded with the drive to develop new business
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a portfolio
