Site Supervisor – Murraylands $100,000 – $130,000 per annum | Full-Time Our client is a well-established residential building company delivering quality homes across the Murraylands and surrounding regions.
Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team, based in the Murraylands and overseeing projects across the Adelaide Hills, Murray Bridge, Mannum and up to the Blanchetown area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a supervisor who takes pride in quality, safety and getting the job done right, and who wants to be part of a supportive team backed by a Construction Manager and Project Manager.
What's on Offer $100,000 – $130,000 per annum , commensurate with experience A key leadership role with genuine autonomy and management support The opportunity to work across a diverse and scenic region — from the Adelaide Hills through to Murray Bridge, Mannum and Blanchetown A stable, full-time role with an established and reputable residential builder About the Role Reporting to the Construction Manager, and working closely with the Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of residential construction projects — managing approximately 6 builds at any one time .
You'll be the eyes and ears on site, ensuring every home is built to spec, on program, and to the standard our client is known for.
What You'll Be Doing Leading site safety — inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks,



inspections and enforcing WHS standards across all sites Ensuring all work complies with the NCC/BCA, approved plans, specifications and Australian Standards Managing construction programs, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries to keep builds on track Conducting and documenting stage inspections, and preparing sites for certifier and council inspections Identifying, documenting and rectifying defects Keeping accurate site records, diaries and photos via BuilderTrend Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and inspectors, with professionalism and transparent communication Directing subcontractors on site and stopping unsafe or non-compliant work when required Maintaining site presentation, security and environmental controls, with respect for the surrounding community What You'll Bring Essential: Trade qualification or equivalent construction experience Current White Card Current Supervisor's Licence (Building Work Supervisor) Sound knowledge of the NCC, WHS legislation and residential construction processes Proven experience supervising residential construction sites Desirable: Current First Aid certificate Experience using BuilderTrend or similar project management software If you're a hands-on Site Supervisor who takes ownership of safety, quality and delivery, and you're looking for your next move with a well-regarded residential builder, we'd love to hear from you.
