About the role
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Safety Advisor to join our Safety & Operational Improvement team. This role is responsible for supporting the management, development, and continual improvement of our WHS systems and practices, in line with legislative obligations and ISO ***** certification requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Administer and enhance WHS management systems, including MYOSH
Provide accurate and timely WHS advice to operational teams
Support WHS documentation, including SOPs and SWMS
Assist with ISO ***** compliance, audits, and continuous improvement activities
Contribute to safety reporting, investigations and data analysis
Promote a proactive, risk-aware culture across all levels of the business
About You




You are a safety-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to make a meaningful impact through practical WHS solutions. You will have;
Qualifications in Work Health & Safety
Experience with ISO ***** and WHS management systems
Strong understanding of WHS legislation (AU/NZ)
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to influence, engage, and support operational stakeholders
Knowledge of heavy equipment and NHVL (advantageous)
