About the role: As a key member of our Corporate Tax team, you ll work alongside Partners and senior leaders to deliver commercially relevant tax advice.
Depending on your level of experience, you ll have opportunities to: Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and tax effect accounting workpapers Provide practical, research-backed tax advice across a range of sectors and transactions Contribute to complex structuring, financing, and M A matters Draft clear and concise advice and reports that simplify complexity Manage and develop junior team members while delivering engagement outcomes and client relationships Identify opportunities to add value across multiple service lines Assistant Manager: Around 4 5 years experience in a professional services environment Robust understanding of corporate tax concepts (e.g., thin cap, consolidation, debt/equity, CDF)



Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance independence and teamwork Manager: Around 5 7 years experience in tax advisory, ideally within professional services Confident leading client engagements and managing expectations Experience developing and mentoring team members Skilled at delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice Qualifications: Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance with an Accounting major Completed CA or equivalent qualification (Desirable: Double degree including Law, or Master of Taxation) What's on offer: You ll find an environment designed to bring out your best.
