Help children learn through exploration,problem-solving and play in Mandarin
We are seeking a Degree qualified, Early Childhood Teacherwho speaks and writes in Mandarin to oversee the education and care of preschool children aged 3-5 years bydelivering an innovative and culturally sensitive program that supports theiroverall development.
The EarlyChildhood Language Program is delivered in accordance with the Victorian EarlyYears Learning and Development Framework and the ECLP Support andImplementation Guide.
Children will be encouraged to learn through exploration,problem-solving and play in Mandarin.
You'll workin a supportive team, collaborating with families to ensure each child'sindividual needs are met, building strong relationships with the team,children, and families.
What you'll bring
A tertiary qualification in Early ChildhoodEducation (Degree in Early Childhood) or qualifications deemed appropriate bythe Australian Early Childhood Association.
Fluencyand proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
Knowledgeof the Education and Care service National Regulations **** and Educationand Care Service National Law Act ****
Demonstratedknowledge of Mandatory Reporting requirements.
Awarenessof cultural needs of families.
Effectivecommunication with families, professionals, and people from diversesocio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.

We offer:
A temporary(to 31 December ****) part time role working 9 hours per week at MorobeStreet and St Hellier Children's centres.
Salaryin the range $15,****** to $27,****** per annum (equivalent at full timefor comparison is $67,447 to $116,906) dependent on qualifications perannum plus super.
