Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Tax (TEA Focus) | Melbourne l Up to $180,000 About the Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join a high-performing Corporate Tax team with a robust focus on Tax Effect Accounting (TEA) .
This role is ideal for a technically strong tax professional who enjoys solving complex tax issues, managing risk, and delivering high-quality advisory outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in reviewing technical tax matters, supporting client engagements, and developing future tax talent.
Key Responsibilities Review income tax returns, tax provisions, and taxation consulting engagements Identify and manage tax risks while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations Provide practical, commercially focused advice on complex tax matters Support clients through transactions, restructures, and ongoing advisory requirements Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and technical guidance Deliver internal technical training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Assist with business development and strengthen long-term client relationships At the Senior Manager level, you will also take ownership of key client portfolios,



provide strategic leadership, and contribute to the growth of the broader Corporate Tax practice.
About You 5+ years' experience in TEA-focused tax compliance and advisory Strong technical knowledge of Tax Effect Accounting requirements Experience reviewing work and providing technical oversight Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes SME tax exposure is advantageous but not essential Qualifications Essential Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance (Accounting major) CA qualification (or equivalent) Desirable Double degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or Law Master of Taxation What's on Offer?
