As Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to a team of Mentors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality, participant-centred services.
You will be responsible for creating a positive,



accountable and high-performing team culture while supporting your team to achieve quality, compliance and employment outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example, coach your team through challenges and work collaboratively with participants, employers, stakeholders and internal teams.

Proven experience in a senior position within the Employment Services
Strong business acumen to quickly learn how the business works and how to utilise strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
Strong ability to comfortably work towards KPI's and targets in order to meet and exceed performance and financial objectives
Able to identify opportunities to grow the business through sound financial and commercial judgement
Inspiring, encouraging, and motivating others
Leading others by example towards personal and organisational success, through positivity and motivation
Prepared to make tough calls to move the business forward
Makes sound decisions with a defensible rationale
Future orientated and aware of the implications of decisions and actions
High Level verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organisational skills
IT skills including working experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Strategic thinking skills and the ability to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make valuable judgements, and solve problems
Certificate IV in Employment Services (preferred but not essential)
Must pass and have a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check and/or Vulnerable Persons Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
