We are working with leaders in civil construction, known for delivering high-quality projects across Tasmania.
We're expanding and looking for skilled operators, leading hands and laborers to join our growing crew on exciting new projects!
? What You'll Do: As part of our team, you'll be involved in Major civil projects that make a real difference to the community.
Here's what you'll be doing: Operators: Operate machinery (excavators, loaders, graders, Rollers etc.) like a pro.
Laborers: Perform essential site work, from digging and trenching to site cleanup.
Leading Hands: Perform site supervision applying leadership skills with a strong safety focus.
Road Maintenance: Work as a key player in roadworks, drainage, earthmoving, verge maintaining and other civil tasks!
Truck Drivers: MR to HC Operate and drive a wide variety of trucks onsite and on the road, whilst not driving helping onsite where needed!
✅ What We're Looking For: Experienced/ Low Experience: Weather You've got Time under your belt in civil construction, or come with a can-do attitude.

Licenses: Relevant tickets for operating machinery (operators) White Card, Truck licenses, Chem cert Accreditation, Traffic control/Management (Current) Attitude: Positive, safety-conscious,



and ready to work hard.
Team Player: Communication is key - you'll work closely with a top-notch crew!
? Bonus Points For: Experience in roadworks, pipelaying, or drainage, Traffic Management Ability to read and interpret site plans (for operators).
Hydro excavation (Vac Truck) experience.
