We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our teams at Lavarack Barracks and RAAF Base Townsville.
These full-time opportunities are ideal for hospitality professionals looking for stable employment, career growth and a positive team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare high-quality meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner services
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
Support kitchen operations including stock control and deliveries
Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control standards are met
Assist with menu execution and daily food production
Work collaboratively as part of a kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE




Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in commercial kitchens or bulk catering environments
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
