We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our Sydney team, providing high-quality support to two members of CTM's Group Executive Leadership Team: our Chief Commercial Officer and Chief People Officer.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our Sydney team, providing high-quality support to two members of CTM's Group Executive Leadership Team: our Chief Commercial Officer and Chief People Officer.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll proactively manage complex diaries across multiple priorities and time zones, coordinate meetings and domestic and international travel, assist with presentations and documentation, and provide broader administrative and project coordination support. You'll also act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across CTM's global business.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and confident working autonomously, with excellent organisation and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the judgement to manage competing priorities. You'll work closely with a team-oriented Executive Assistant team and play an important role in keeping executive priorities and commitments effectively coordinated.
About You
Demonstrated experience providing high-level support to senior executives
Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and a professional, solutions-focused approach
Experience coordinating projects and supporting key business initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Confident building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
