A place to make a difference: In this full-time, permanent role, you'll join our People Culture team at our brand-new Melbourne CBD Head Office and help create lasting change for children and young people across Australia and beyond.
As our P C Talent Onboarding Administrator, you'll play an important role in shaping the experience of people joining and growing their careers with Save the Children.
From helping candidates take their next career step to ensuring new team members feel welcomed, supported and connected from day one, you'll help create positive experiences that reflect our values and purpose.
You will make a difference by: Being a friendly and trusted first point of contact for onboarding, recruitment and general People Culture enquiries, supporting employees, leaders and hiring managers with care and professionalism.
Creating a welcoming onboarding experience that helps new team members feel informed, connected and set up for success from their very first day.
Managing pre-employment compliance activities with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and timely start for new employees.
Building positive relationships and providing responsive, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinating job advertising, recruitment administration and hiring activities to help attract talented people who are passionate about making a difference.
Contributing to People Operations projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and make our ways of working even better.

A place to feel valued: We're ideally seeking someone with experience using Employment Hero and/or a similar HR Information System, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.
You'll be well suited to this role if you bring: Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service and building robust relationships with employees, leaders, candidates and external stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-paced HR, administration or shared services environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with recruitment AND onboarding processes will be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, quality and compliance.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes and employee experiences.
