Our manufacturing team is looking for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Labourer to support daily production operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining quality standards, and is willing to learn and contribute across a variety of manufacturing activities.
The Role: As a Manufacturing Labourer, you will provide general labour and operational support across the manufacturing facility to assist with the safe, efficient and timely production of quality products.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will play an significant role in ensuring production requirements are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with general manufacturing, assembly and production activities.
Prepare, move and organise materials, components and finished products to support production requirements.
Assist tradespeople and production team members as directed.
Load, unload and store materials safely and correctly.




Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas.
Follow production schedules, work instructions and established manufacturing processes.
Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect materials, quality concerns and production issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other reasonable duties as required.
About You: Previous manufacturing, warehouse, labouring or trade-related experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to safely perform physical and manual handling tasks.
Reliable, punctual and committed to attending work consistently.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to assist across different areas of the operation.
Forklift licence highly regarded.
