Cloud Support Officer | Cloud Data Products
Support secure cloud-based data products and services in an agile environment, providing user support, incident resolution and operational support.
The role is based onsite in Barton, with flexible working arrangements considered case-by-case subject to operational requirements and approval.

12 months, with a possible 6-month extension

Essential Tasks
Provide first-level support, triage and resolution for cloud data product users.
Monitor service performance, investigate incidents and support service reliability.
Support cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements.
Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Criteria




Minimum three years' experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
