The Prospect
As a Project Engineer, you'll be part of the team delivering our major data centre project at Marsden Park.
Working closely with project, design, commercial and site teams, you'll help coordinate the technical and operational aspects of delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
In this role you will:
Drive engineering coordination to ensure construction activities align with design intent, program objectives and project milestones
Manage technical documentation, RFIs, shop drawings and approvals to keep work fronts progressing
Partner with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve design and construction challenges
Support procurement activities, material lead times and subcontractor coordination across key project packages
Champion quality, safety and continuous improvement while helping mentor emerging engineers and graduates
Success in this role will come from your ability to anticipate issues, build strong relationships and maintain momentum across multiple project interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
What We Are Looking For




We're looking for a Project Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership and wants to be part of delivering industry-leading projects.
You will bring:
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical or complex building projects
Strong understanding of construction methodology, buildability, quality systems and engineering documentation
Confidence working with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Well-developed planning, communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
A genuine desire to learn, contribute and grow your career within a high-performing project team
