We're looking for a motivated, people-first
Property Manager
to join our
brand-new office in Calderwood
.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team from the beginning, with a
part-time role that has a clear pathway to full-time
as the portfolio expands.

Manage a well-run residential portfolio
Full support from a dedicated Property Officer
No accounts management — focus on being a great PM

What Success Looks Like for You
You confidently manage your residential portfolio — staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants — clear communication, trust, and professionalism every step of the way.
You stay on top of arrears, renewals, and lease management — no surprises, no last-minute stress.
You conduct routine inspections with care — detailed reports, sharp attention to detail, and clear follow-ups.
You handle maintenance issues smoothly — coordinating repairs, managing expectations, and keeping everyone informed.




You manage terminations and attend tribunal when required — calm, prepared, and professional.
You oversee rental marketing when needed — making sure properties are presented and leased efficiently.
You work closely with your Property Officer and team — sharing updates, supporting each other, and keeping everything running smoothly.
You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Reliable car + valid driver's licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Great organisation and time management
A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done
A genuine passion for property management and people
