Working within our wider team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Treasury, People & Culture, Risk, and Technology to deliver large-scale programmes that improve governance, enhance ways of working, and unlock the value of artificial intelligence across the organisation.

What role will you play?

As a Delivery Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of two high-profile programmes focused on application governance and artificial intelligence adoption.
You will coordinate work across business and technology teams, ensuring priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are effectively managed in a complex and rapid-paced environment.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help deliver meaningful transformation that supports our strategic goals while promoting strong governance, collaboration, and adoption of new capabilities.
What you offer

7+ years' experience in delivery leadership, agile programme management, or a similar role, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex organisations
Strong experience working across business and technology teams, with the ability to build relationships,
influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior leaders
A practical understanding of agile delivery approaches and the ability to adapt ways of working to suit different teams, priorities, and levels of maturity
Experience delivering governance, risk, regulatory, digital transformation, data, or artificial intelligence initiatives, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment
Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
