Supervisor/Manager - Insolvency (Sydney) About the Role At this level, you ll take a leadership role across a diverse mix of corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.
Depending on your seniority, your responsibilities may include: Overseeing a portfolio of engagements including administrations, liquidations, receiverships and restructures Leading financial investigations, forensic reviews and preparation of detailed reports Managing stakeholder relationships with directors, creditors, legal advisers, banks and financiers Reviewing complex financial information and guiding strategic decision-making Supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring high-quality output Managing statutory deadlines and ensuring compliance across all engagements Overseeing asset realisation, recovery actions and negotiations Presenting findings to internal leadership and external parties Contributing to business development, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships About You Solid experience in corporate insolvency,
