We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade professional (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your on-site knowledge into an office.
You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing.
You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities include; ● Cost Estimation Take-offs ● Price Book Software Management ● Purchase Orders Budgeting ● Job Contro ● Sales Estimating ● In office Problem Solving You will need to display; ● The Right Attitude Character ● Eagle Eye for Detail ● Tech-Savvy Aptitude We are ideally seeking a person who has; ○ Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.
○ A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.
○ A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.
○ Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.
