The Role Ready to help shape the future of Sydney's transport infrastructure?
As an Engineer – Roads Highways (Pavements), you'll work alongside a highly regarded transport team delivering pavement design solutions across major road, highway and transport infrastructure projects throughout New South Wales and across Australia.
You'll contribute to the planning, analysis and design of flexible, rigid and composite pavement solutions while developing your technical expertise under the guidance of experienced industry leaders.
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality outcomes that provide long-term value for clients and communities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver pavement analysis and design solutions for transport infrastructure projects Undertake pavement investigations, assessments and rehabilitation studies Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, specifications and design documentation Support the delivery of projects in accordance with relevant Austroads guidelines, TfNSW standards and Australian Standards Assist with project planning, budgeting and programme management activities Coordinate effectively with roads, drainage,



structures and multidisciplinary design teams Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders Contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives About You Suitable applicants will be/have: Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent 1-4 years' experience in pavement design and transport infrastructure projects Exposure to flexible and rigid pavement design methodologies Working knowledge of Austroads pavement design guides and relevant Australian Standards Experience using pavement analysis and engineering software packages Robust technical reporting and communication skills A collaborative approach and commitment to quality outcomes Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work efficiently An interest in continuing to develop as a technical specialist within transport infrastructure How To Apply All applications must be submitted online.
