The successful teacher will deliver engaging HPE/PE programs across Years 7–10 while also having the opportunity to contribute to the school's broader sporting and co-curricular program.

About the role The successful applicant will: Teach Health Physical Education across Years 7–12 Plan and deliver engaging,



well-structured lessons Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse learners Develop positive relationships with students Support student wellbeing and engagement Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback Work collaboratively within the HPE/PE faculty Contribute to the broader sporting and co-curricular program Support the Catholic ethos, values and community of the school Participate positively in the wider life of the school The ideal candidate We are looking for a teacher who is: Qualified to teach Health Physical Education / Physical Education Registered or eligible for registration with VIT Experienced teaching secondary students, ideally Years 7–12 Confident with classroom management and student engagement Passionate about sport, health and student wellbeing Able to build strong and positive relationships with students Collaborative and committed to working as part of a team Willing to contribute to co-curricular sport Comfortable working within a Catholic school environment Passionate about helping students develop confidence, resilience and a positive approach to health and wellbeing Teachers with additional sporting expertise, including basketball, rugby, AFL, athletics, fitness or other competitive sports , are encouraged to apply.
