Operating Power Tools Operating Machinery Previous Manufacturing Expereince Skillforce Recruitment are currently seeking experienced manufacturing Trade Assistants for ongoing work with the opportunity for Full Time Employment Core Responsibilities Operational Support: Assist tradespeople across fabrication, assembly, and packing activities.
Tool Operation: Safely operate workshop hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Forklifts Overhead Cranes Machinery Material Preparation: Prepare materials, cut or handle components, and complete pre-start safety checks.
Logistics: Pack finished orders and assist with loading and unloading materials.
Maintenance Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy work area and perform minor equipment maintenance.
Key Requirements Experience: Hands-on experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
Safety Focus: Ability to follow strict safety protocols and complete pre-operational inspections.
