A Day in the Life Start at 8am handling inbound calls from workshops, dealers, and corporate customers Process email orders and handle related enquiries Quote parts, check fitment, and confirm stock across multiple systems Manage orders end-to-end, including logistics and back-order coordination Provide corporate customers with updates, reporting, and clear communication on supply status Work closely with warehouse, technical, and other teams to keep orders moving Navigate competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards The pace is real.
The workload is consistent and the learning curve is steep.
