Global leader in the mining industry FIFO 8/6 roster 6 month assignment with potential to extend MLO Consolidator - Mobile Maintenance Location: Site Based Roster: 8/6 - Wednesday to Wednesday Assignment: 6 months with potential to extend PERSOL is currently seeking an experienced MLO Consolidator - Mobile Maintenance to join a major mining operation.
Working closely with Mobile Maintenance Planning, Warehouse and Execution teams, this role is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, tracking and staging parts and components to ensure materials are ready for planned maintenance, weekly work and onsite shutdowns.
The Role This is a hands-on materials and logistics position supporting Mobile Maintenance.
You will play an important part in making sure required parts are available, correctly located and staged ahead of planned work, while maintaining accurate SAP transactions and communicating any shortages, delays or risks to the relevant teams.
You will also coordinate returns, back freight and component movements and support shutdown staging activities across the warehouse, yard and workshop environments.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and consolidate parts and components for planned maintenance, weekly work and the 48-hour plan Identify and assist with locating missing parts required for upcoming maintenance activities Prepare weekly planning paperwork and support material readiness for planned work Maintain accurate part locations and stock transactions within SAP Communicate material changes, delays,



shortages and risks to planners and relevant stakeholders Coordinate components and materials for transport and back freight Prepare transport request forms and ensure required paperwork accompanies materials Inspect returned parts and ensure items are correctly tagged before processing Complete return-to-stock transactions in SAP and coordinate movement of returned materials Consolidate and stage shutdown parts in the correct sequence to support safe and efficient execution Check shutdown materials against parts lists and maintain accurate SAP locations Coordinate component cores, ensuring they are correctly packaged and prepared for back freight Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, Execution and Supervisory teams to support maintenance requirements Prepare clear handovers for the back-to-back MLO Consolidator and support continuity between crews Identify opportunities to improve stock visibility, reduce waste and improve materials processes About You Previous experience within mining, mobile maintenance, materials logistics, warehouse coordination,



planning support or a similar operational environment is desirable SAP experience is essential Microsoft Outlook experience is essential Forklift ticket required C Class driver's licence required Robust understanding of parts, components, staging, returns and back-freight coordination Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate SAP transactions, paperwork and material locations Confident communicator who can work effectively across Planning, Warehouse, Execution and Supervisory teams Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving mine-site environment Comfortable working across workshop, warehouse, yard and staging environments Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while following site safety requirements Who we are At PERSOL , we connect people to meaningful work and growth.
