Job description Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Supply Planner to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, working 4 days per week.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in coordinating supply activities within Australia's energy market.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, market operators and industry partners to support daily operations, product sales, forecasting and market reporting.
Key Responsibilities Monitor customer gas nominations and daily supply requirements Coordinate product sales and support operational planning activities Prepare forecasts, reports, market updates and performance data Act as the first point of escalation for supply and nomination issues Support contract administration and payment processes Liaise with customers, Joint Venture partners, regulators and pipeline operators Monitor market activity and communicate key industry insights Coordinate access to internal and external systems About You Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience in supply planning, operations, logistics, scheduling, utilities, energy or a similar environment Experience within gas, energy, utilities, resources, commodity markets, pipeline operations or related sectors will be highly regarded.
