The Role: You will lead a strong team across Paid Search, Paid Social Creative Strategists to manage the end to end delivery of campaigns, across a portfolio of hyper-growth eCommerce businesses, focused Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Google.
You'll be responsible for driving delivering strong commercial outcomes best-in-class results for a mixed portfolio, acting as the Strategic Senior contact for key clients, identifying new areas of opportunities and providing solid insights recommendations.
Working with Tier-1 clients, you'll use your hands-on-the tools experience to drive solid success for your clients, as well as continuously upskilling mentoring your team to produce the very best work.
Key Responsibilities Skills: A solid background of experience within Performance Marketing Paid Advertising within an Agency environment, managing a number of clients at one time 5yrs+ experience in Google Meta Ads, with TikTok Pinterest being hugely advantageous Strong experience in the eCommerce industry,



partnering with brands to scale Performance activity and an indepth understanding of growth metrics across nCAC, CPA, MER, LTV Contribution Margins Wider exposure knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo GA4, with the ability identify present key trends and provide strong recommendations Client-facing experience at a Senior level, advising, partnering consulting a wide portfolio of senior external stakeholders Experience with managing 6 to 7 figure annual spends, with full budget accountability People leadership mentorship experience would be a major advantage, but if you've not had that opportunity - this is it!
