Senior Business Analyst – IT Operations Evolution Initial 9–10 month contract commencing 7 September **** , through to approximately June **** Perth-based opportunity supporting a strategic IT Operations evolution and transformation program Business-facing role spanning IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Service Management, and Engineering Lead requirements, process analysis, solution evaluation, and testing activities across multiple concurrent initiatives About the Role Green Light Worldwide is seeking a highly capable Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic IT Operations evolution program within a complex enterprise environment.
The role will support initiatives focused on modernising IT operations, improving employee experience, strengthening security and governance, and increasing automation and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders across IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Engineering, Service Management, Procurement, Legal, and regional business teams.
You will lead activities from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution evaluation, testing, and implementation.
Key Project Areas Modern Device Management, including Intune / MDM Cloud device provisioning and lifecycle management CMDB and asset discovery capabilities Software asset management and licence governance Cloud resilience and backup solutions Network and connectivity modernisation Operational Technology (OT)



standardisation Engineering collaboration and CAD platform review Knowledge management and intranet transformation Responsibilities Lead workshops and stakeholder engagement activities Elicit, document, and manage business and operational requirements Develop current-state and future-state process models Facilitate business decision-making and option analysis Produce high-quality BA artefacts and governance documentation Coordinate business testing and UAT activities Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams Support projects through discovery, requirements, testing, and implementation Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining focus on business outcomes and delivery Requirements 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise IT environments Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills Experience across infrastructure, IT operations, service management, cloud, and/or cybersecurity initiatives Proven ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience supporting projects through the full lifecycle,
