This leading design team are searching for a talented design focused Architect / Experienced Grad with proven experience running their own projects to join a friendly design team.
This candidate will be confident in their design abilities and be a team leader, inspiring junior team members.
They will be working collaboratively as part of the team, running and designing projects from Concept through to Town Planning.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail with strong design skills and a solid understanding of Council and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities Leading high-end residential designs from concept to design completion Client engagement to develop concept layouts Working collaboratively within the Design and Planning teams Ability to be a team leader to manage, direct and mentor the design team Strengthening and building on existing client relationships Skills and experience ARBV Registration (preferably)
