Job description Production Operator | LF Forklift Licence Required | Day Shift Huntingwood | Ongoing Opportunity Manpower is currently seeking experienced Production Operators with a current LF Forklift Licence to join a leading FMCG manufacturing facility in Huntingwood.
This is not a forklift-only role.
We are looking for hands-on operators who are confident working across forklift operation, machine operation, raw material handling and production support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent operating a forklift, with the remainder dedicated to machine operation and supporting production activities.

Day Shift Ongoing opportunity with full-time hours available Established FMCG manufacturing environment Supportive team culture Training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities Operate LF forklifts safely and efficiently Transport and handle palletised loads up to 1 tonne Supply raw materials and packaging to production lines Operate depalletising and production equipment Load materials into machinery and monitor production processes Remove waste materials, empty pallets and production by-products Assist with machine operation, changeovers and general production tasks Maintain high housekeeping, safety and quality standards Support multiple production areas as required What We're Looking For Current LF Forklift Licence 2-5 years' experience in a similar Production Operator, Machine Operator or Manufacturing role Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and handling palletised loads up to 1 tonne Previous experience within FMCG,



manufacturing or production environments Experience working around machinery and automated equipment Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Reliable attendance and solid work ethic Ability to work autonomously and use initiative Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role Flexible and willing to assist across multiple production areas Pre-Employment Requirements Successful applicants will be required to: Attend an onsite walkthrough Pass a National Police Check (Manpower will supply) Complete mandatory online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement Full working rights If you're an experienced operator looking for a long-term opportunity where you can utilise both your forklift and production experience, we'd love to hear from you.
