Nuam Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Cowra, NSW.
This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation by managing day-to-day accounting operations.
As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting department.
This role is essential to ensuring our financial systems run efficiently and all accounting procedures comply with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities As an Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for:  Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including preparing invoices, recording payments, and following up outstanding accounts.
 Maintaining financial records and accounting data, ensuring invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial documents are accurately filed and updated.




 Reconciling bank statements and account balances, identifying discrepancies and assisting in resolving financial variances.
 Preparing and processing routine financial documents, including payment vouchers, expense claims, credit notes, and supplier payments.
 Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting procedures, including preparing reports, compiling financial information, and supporting accountants with bookkeeping activities.
Skills Experience Required To be successful in this role, you will have:  At least one year of work experience in accounting/Bookkeeping  Formal qualification in bookkeeping or accounting (At least Diploma level)  Software and spreadsheet proficiency  Attention to details  Time management, communication and customer service skills  Analytical and problem-solving skills.
