Local Workforce Hire is currently recruiting experienced Commercial Bricklayers for ongoing work on major commercial construction projects across Canberra.
This is an excellent opportunity for bricklayers who have genuine commercial construction experience and are looking for consistent work, competitive pay and the opportunity to work on quality projects.
About the Role You will be working on established commercial construction projects throughout Canberra, including: Commercial office buildings Apartment complexes and residential towers Major commercial developments Multi-storey construction projects Government and large-scale construction projects Other major commercial building projects Typical working hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday , with overtime and weekend work regularly available depending on project requirements.
Pay Perks $50–$60 per hour + superannuation, plus Travel , depending on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities Weekend work available Ongoing work for reliable and experienced bricklayers Work on major commercial construction projects Competitive rates based on experience Potential for long-term opportunities About You We are looking for bricklayers who have at least 12 months of recent commercial bricklaying experience .
Your experience must include working on commercial construction projects such as: Office buildings Apartment complexes Commercial developments Multi-storey buildings Large-scale construction projects Residential-only bricklaying experience will not be suitable for this position.




You must be able to demonstrate that you can work efficiently and safely on a commercial construction site and produce a high standard of workmanship.
