We have a (10M Contract - EXT) Managed Services Engineer role available.
This role is mainly focussed on Level 2 / Level 3 Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, M365 Administration, MDM, End user support and some responsibility for standing up VM's in Azure .
This role will require you to attend a client site in Wetherill Park 3 days per week .
The client is a civil engineering firm , so you will be dealing with site engineers and tradesmen .
You will need to be suited this type of environment and clientele.
Key Accountabilities: Accept, manage and resolve support incidents logged via the MSP support mailbox, online ticketing system or via telephone to conclusion.
Lead or assist with the sale, design, implementation and support of Infrastructure and Cloud solutions for clients.
Proactive monitoring and response to automated infrastructure monitoring and vendor incident alerts.
Participate in rotating after-hours/weekend support and monthly patching exercises as required.
Attend training,



networking or business development events as nominated by the Company.
Essential Skills Experience: 3+ years Exp in Windows Server and Desktop Support M365 Admin Exp including MS Teams, Defender, Intune Level 2 / Level 3 Support Experience Windows MDM Device Management Exp End User Support Exp Experience standing up VM's in Azure Active Directory/Group Policy Management of MS SQL Server Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure Monitoring Network and firewall connectivity troubleshooting Civil engineering or Construction Industry Exp (Ideal) Experience dealing with client - site engineers and field workers Excellent customer service skills, able to deal with blue collar client Outgoing Personaility Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage projects from problem discovery through to completion This is a great opportunity - To apply, please submit your CV via the portal by clicking the APPLY NOW button below.
