The Role – Lead Educator As a Lead Educator at Harmony, you will inspire and guide your team while creating an environment where both children and educators thrive.
You will: Lead your room with purpose, creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and connection Design intentional, play-rich environments that encourage exploration, creativity and a love of learning Champion children's rights, voices and identities,



recognising childhood as a unique and important stage of life Build strong partnerships with families, recognising them as children's first and most influential teachers Support and mentor your team to deliver high-quality practice aligned with national early childhood principles Promote a culture of reflection, collaboration and continuous improvement The Role – Educator As an Educator at Harmony, you will play an key role in creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.
You also have: A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
A commitment to child and cultural safety.
An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
