Arcare Aged Care in Victoria seeks a Support Manager Catering Services to oversee catering and dining across seven to ten sites, including Port Lonsdale, Hillside, Gisborne, Burnside, Sydenham, Castlemaine and Portarlington.
Based in Melbourne, you will lead regional kitchens and ensure a five-star dining experience.
You will manage budgets, maintain food safety records, and mentor Head Chefs and catering teams, delivering compliance with HACCP and quality standards while driving cost of goods
