Role Purpose
We are seeking a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor in our bar to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your passion is mixology, and you know your way around a drinks menu.
You will assist in leading the team and creating a experience that keeps our guest wanting more.
You will collaborate with our guests by:
Creating an outstanding employment experience for the Food and Beverage Collaborators
Providing a warm and genuine service experience
Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same.
Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides.

Skills and experience
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious bar supervisor who can display:
Considerable experience in premium bar environments.
Previous restaurant or bar supervisory experience
Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry andspecialityin high quality service.
Great attention to detail,



being one step ahead of guests needs.
In-depth knowledge of cocktails and wines and a passions for mixology
The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
Ability toprioritise& work in fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service.
Friendly and confident communication skills.
NSW RSA essential
Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
