We're looking for a driven, results-focused Club Manager to lead our Anytime Fitness Wollongong team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves taking ownership, driving membership growth and creating a team that is motivated to perform.
You'll be expected to lead from the front – generating leads, driving sales and retention, holding your team accountable to their goals and continually looking for opportunities to grow the club.
We're looking for a driver who brings energy, initiative and strong leadership, and who is excited by the challenge of taking an established club to the next level

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Club Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the club while driving team performance, membership growth and an outstanding member experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve individual and club goals
Drive membership growth, sales performance and key club KPIs
Deliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong club community
Lead local marketing, social media and community engagement initiatives
Oversee club operations, presentation, safety and compliance with franchise and WHS standards




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You're a confident, results-driven leader with the skills and experience to lead a successful club.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in the fitness industry, preferably within Anytime Fitness, with strong knowledge of sales, customer service, club operations and member engagement
Proven leadership or management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, driving membership growth and delivering business KPIs
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional member experiences
A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and drive club performance
