ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a multidisciplinaryorganisation servicing the Government Social Housing sector.
They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their expanding team, based in Western Sydney, to ensure that projects under the Land And Housing Contract are delivered to the highest standards within the necessary timeframes.
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide accurate and detailed scope of works for residential properties Supervise multiple projects and trades from start to handover Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved Inspect completed works to ensure high standard of workmanship Ensure all projects are completed within timeframes To be considered for this role, you will need:



Demonstrated experience working on the Land And Housing Contract (LAHC) OR within a similar capacity e.g. Facilities Management.
