About the role
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Sales & Store team member to join our Kalgoorlie branch.
This is a primarily internal sales and administration‐focused role, supporting customers by phone and email while assisting with the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the branch.
You will also provide light stores support as required, including assisting with stock and customer collections.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, providing responsive service, accurate product information, and practical support.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
Provide product, pricing, stock availability and delivery information
Process sales orders, quotations and general sales administration




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Support account and order enquiries in line with branch processes
Provide general administration support to the branch team
Assist with light stores duties, including customer collections, stock handling and maintaining an organized store area
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality and company procedures
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration, and/or warehouse operations.
Strong communication skills and a customer‐first approach
Confidence using computers, including Outlook and business systems
Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
A current driver's license
Mechanical aptitude or knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic products would be advantageous, but is not essential
A willingness to learn, participate in training and contribute positively to the team
A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards
