The opportunity Join a collaborative and student-centred Learning Support team where you will: Support students with diverse learning needs across primary and secondary year levels Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and appropriate classroom adjustments Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive teaching practices are embedded across the curriculum Deliver targeted intervention programs to support academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development Liaise with parents, carers, external specialists, and key stakeholders to support positive student outcomes Maintain accurate records and contribute to student support and case management meetings Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging,



and high expectations for all learners Contribute to whole-school wellbeing and inclusive education initiatives About you You are a passionate educator who: Holds recognised teaching qualifications Is NESA accredited (or eligible for accreditation) Has experience working with students with diverse learning needs, disabilities, or additional learning needs Demonstrates a strong understanding of inclusive education, differentiation, and learning support strategies Has experience developing and implementing student support plans and reasonable adjustments Builds positive and collaborative relationships with students, families, and colleagues Is committed to supporting every student to achieve their potential Thrives in a team-oriented and values-driven environment Why this school?
