About the Job About the role We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our ICT Division and help bring clarity to complex technical information.
In this role, you'll work closely with Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and subject matter experts to create high-quality documentation that supports key technology and business initiatives.
Your ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content will help a diverse range of stakeholders understand and navigate complex solutions with confidence.
Beyond creating documentation, you'll play an important role in shaping how knowledge is shared across the Division.
You'll develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and best practices, while creating diagrams and visual materials that enhance understanding.
This is an opportunity to influence the quality and consistency of documentation, contribute to continuous improvement, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and forward-thinking ICT environment.
We're seeking a motivated professional with experience writing, editing, and interpreting complex technical documentation, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio (or similar diagramming tools).

About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess: Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or relevant experience in business or technology management.
Substantial experience in interpreting operational manuals, design specifications and technical documentation.
Substantial experience in writing and editing a range of high-level technical documentation to a publishable standard.
Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills including a sound understanding of publications development principles.
