Excavators safe, efficient and compliant field services support to the Mining Division and its Customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of Build Technicians, driving protected, efficient and high-quality outcomes across field service operations.
Build strong customer relationships and be the key point of contact for delivering exceptional service and support.
Take ownership of workforce planning, scheduling and operational performance to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
Champion continuous improvement, safety leadership and team development while helping shape the future success of the Build team.
About You: Trade qualified in a mechanical or related heavy equipment discipline, with proven experience leading frontline teams.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and deliver outstanding service outcomes.
Demonstrated capability in planning resources, coordinating workloads and driving operational performance across multiple priorities.
Well-developed commercial, reporting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement,



manage risk and lead change effectively.
